    I think 'desperation' is the word you are looking for. Anything to boost transactions and hide the fact APT is burning cash at an alarming rate.

    APT have just given regulators a free run for promoting totally irresponsible lending practices. Nobody can argue that buying takeaways on credit is a budgeting tool.
