Not sure why Chappy decided to fade away but here is the full article that he was selectively quoting from. Come back Chappy into the light:
My opinion only not shared by the AFR that the appointment of Mr, Viana is at least as significant as not yet announcing the appointment of the new CEO who according to the company is on a short list and not expected to be announced for a number of months. My only concern about the appointment of the new CEO that the right person be appointed not just the first person to walk through the interview door because a nobody at the AFR with nothing to commend him thinks the present process is a problem.
The right person is clearly going to have a contract with provisions regarding how and when they can take up a new position after disengaging from their old employer. At a very minimum 3 months but 6 months would be enforceable so given that Brainchip is a strict adherent to the letter of the law at times to the annoyance of shareholders I am confident that when the new CEO walks through the front door every "i" with be dotted and every "t" will have been crossed.
My opinion only DYOR
