Australia Supreme Court action forsubstantial sum
Superior Graphite deal failed
Skaland production facility caught on fire
Nomination for director Mr Walker who wasremoved 2 times previously
Company accounts details in quarterly report printed erroneously
Accusations ofinternally mandated theft
Trading halt pending announcement of capital raising
Now asuspensionto finalise the commitments to capital raising...why announce it in the first place?

Was looking forward to the announcement today as it was perhaps a glimmer of hope.
If they could have pulled off something at a decent price that would have really given them some kudos.
However it is now abundantly clear that these guys are making it up as they go along, they do not have the support they thought they would and they are not suitably capable to run MRC and are in panic mode.

I hope they don't halt the AGM
