The latest results are more than spectacular. Keeping in mind that the .5m intersection relates to 20lb per tonne. The 3.1m intersection overall relates to about 5.5lbs to the tonne.
These results are coming from the first deep hole investigation of the Thunderball prospect.
What THX are now doing is drilling along strike to ascertain the extent of the mineralisation.
In lay terms the results published today show the plunging depth of the mineralisation, now picture this plunging deposit to extend over say a 500m or 1,000m length. You would then have a large open pit type mine following the mineralisation.
Keep in mind that THX have got some positive indicators that this could extend.
I am very happy to wait a few months to find out, if it does extend we are looking at a mineable deposit, especially with the high grade results and huge profits.
How has the drilling been going to date? No one is walking around with a sad face.
