Good post.The risks you may have omitted are government regulation & the UK business was smashed with Covid. In an expensive industrials market, it would still appear inexpensive.
I'd disagree on your take on the CFO appointment though. The guy knows the business inside out & has worked with Tim Looi for a long time. I'm sure Tim was instrumental in having him move into the roll. It essentially maintains a working relationship that's existed for years but now at a higher level. I'm supportive.
