    FRB, where do you see the SP going? I don't quite get the CDI thing but I'm guessing they will still dilute the SP by about the same amount as ordinary shares, in this case about 10%. From bad maths working on the only info I can find they have about 180 million shares on issue, so this will make it 200 million?
