Richmond Vanadium Technology are in control of that ship right now so it seems. I guess HRZ has enough on its plate right now with other projects to be getting too involved with a 25% JV partner. Although I am sure HRZ management will be eager to have them progressing as fast as possible towards production to provide us with more options.
According to the RVT website, since the PFS last year they are now focusing on metallurgical testwork and site work required to progress the approvals process. Hopefully we hear more news in the coming months, especially if the V price keeps its trend!
