A lot of complaints from F2P users complaining about too many ads, some of which contain Chinese propaganda. They are abandoning the product.
Hard to concert F2P users into whales if the game can't retain their interest.
Seems PLY respond to some of the reviews, general vein is "pay us money and ads go away". Uh no...how about you create an experience that people want to pour their money into.
