As to car manufacturers, who else would be an alternative to making EV’s?

You say that they won’t make ICE vehicles shortly?

I would hazard a guess that they will keep a good inventory of parts for their old style vehicles or that we will see an overrun of the old style vehicles past the stated date.
I could be wrong?
