In the Annual Report he had zero holding and a non-exec director since 2011 on $US 50k a yr. He recently bought 50,000 (at 0.16c = $8k) and 50,000 at 0.17c. Total holding is 150,000. Director buying is a good sign but these are small amounts from a zero base. It is either he feels they are undervalued, which I believe they are, or he has bought out of embarrassment after being on the board for so long. His expertise is listed as investor relations - hmm! He should have more skin in the game.
