We have commented in the past about a nice marriage that often occurs between FA and TA....this seems to be another example...the winds of change conspiring hopefully for a positive bounce (or at least forming a nice base now)....Those three touch points (the more the merrier) on your latest piece of art (chart) coinciding nicely with this morning's announcement.
