    The payemnt of the $1.5M to officially transfer the extra 40% ownership of Vallenor to ADY has NOT yet happened as the payemnt , due by the 10th July, hasnt been made due to cash flow constraints.

    Fair dinkum, fancy agreeing to a Commercial outcome that you cant even uphold?

    This whole ADY Management needs to go back to Kindergarten as this is a joke.
