That probably rings true with speculative investors, however the main body of potential investors is more risk averse and will wait for cash flows to sustainably ramp up to levels as yet undreamed of.
The UCM forum would suddenly become very congested should that day ever eventuate....... and how I hope that day rolls around soon.
