Agreed that the Karibib purchase was heavily required for the business to advance, as Grupo Mota seemed to not play ball with Alvaroess. The value of the deal IMO comes from the timing of the lithium market, purchasing 15 years of feed at the bottom of the market, and importantly having control over the asset, which was not possible with Portugal.
