but the thing is at what price would one bid ???
I think thats the thing !
I've been trying to think through the eyes of a running this as a u producer
and I still think it would be a better deal for all involved at present to mine.
Heres some quick thoughts I've been having !!
Raise a $1 billion build two plants and produce 20,000,000lb/yr ie 10mil/lb each
raise at $10share 100,mil shares would be $1bil
that would give 350mil of total shares.
now work out the payback and p.e. per share and divies
for divi's going forward need to subtract the $30/lb operation costs
Also things would be a bit bumpy for a few yrs till in full swing.
But once things settle and in steady state of operation
$30/lb to produce $70/lb sale
Also read $20/lb to produce in africa
I need to do some back of envelope number crunching to see what would constitute a fair offer.
But would have to be a lot more than todays price IMHO
whats your thoughts ??
