Like I said in my post, this is not my opinion, but was said to me. I also am a baby boomer and have done well over the years by working hard and going without. I managed to retire early as a result. However, I do recognize that I received a free education thanks to Goff Whitlam while young people today start life $100,000 plus in debt. But, I was paying 13.5% interest on my first home. Pros and cons with each generation.

For those that rely on this economy getting back on its feet, I can understand their frustration with baby boomers who want to wait for a choice of vaccination, particularly as the side effects from Astra Zenica are so rare. Waiting for enough Pfizer and Moderna for Australians will drag out this 'injecting the community' by months. The sooner we all get injected, the sooner we can get back to some resemblance of normal life.
