I suspect it is the insto's and sophisticates who have privileged access to the placements and rights issues. I suspect some are simply recycling a large pool of money through as many of these as they can get to.
In our case there was the 100 mm placed, plus some of the Top Up shares (say another 50mm) would have gone to them. I suspect the fast money will be just about out by now.
