3, Maybe some sort of tax exemption (on profit of about $120 million), maybe tax would be $30 million. Again for 7 years, that would be worth $210 million US or $300 million AUS.
So all up, it would be worth $600 million AU to Kingsgate. They are all future payments though.
This is just a very rough guess.
