I am sure that you are right. I was just reading the 19th June Unitholder update, and I thought that there would be progress on the sales side because as you mention around the $1M, there should be plenty of buyers.
On balance it is a very positive report and I must say I am a little surprised that this stock has not performed a little better since its release.
Even the ones that were under contract on conditional terms, were the terms met or not?
I have e-mailed Investor Relations who have said that there have been no material developments that she is aware of.
They should be updating us monthly IMO
