what rig? how can you get a rig without approval for working on the site? they would not get approval and they can just say that they can't find a rig.
end of financial year today. another year of nothing except for capital raising to fill the pockets of management. a whole year of no price appreciation and nothing to add on shareholder value. the only thing they achieved is share dilution.
