Spot on, jake0002. But as we know, regulatory authorities seem to be hamstrung when it comes to ensuring a fair and free market. Time will tell. If it is a CR in the offing, in spite of the $3 mill they picked up in the TAS raise, and it's for overheads and wages/fees, then they are dancing to the predator's tune. If it's to increase production capacity to meet burgeoning demand-that's a different story.
