Yes it almost confirms they had issues, my earlier conclusion appears more and more likely, they were unable to get organic, clay etc out in sufficient quantities to meet client needs. I bet the equipment was more designed for sandy soil. Abit of a grey response, like they are still getting things sorted, which is normal, expect the process to be rough for atleast 2 months after which the problems become less and less. I'll throw in an imminent in there somewhere for giggles.
