I thought about this for a bit.:: CR is primarily for instos... Chinese can't buy into the company due to regulations... is this a way for them to increase their holdings and claim ownership of the resource? like a back door or work around? . I hope we see European/American investors this time round. I trust Nigel is going the right thing by us shareholders. he talks about it a lot... surprise me Nigel/
