There is hardly an incentive to get things done in govt. A mate of mine in VIC throughout the pandemic has been paid an allowance for the inconvenience of working from home... poor bugger, no train expense, time won back from travel and he is now a master of washing... that last is a lie, he still refuse's, claiming that is not part of his job description.
