Hahaha they kept on tweeting you r right, probably trying to remove some confusion, some people r confused on fb as well. This is anyway a summarised form of to-date works they have carried out, a further de risking of our project. I would say the price gonna move up tomorrow or in few days. PFS is nearly done as they are only waiting for a third party review as per the point 3 of current announcement under highlights.
