definitely, they aren't the same company by name, but the raising that capital and what it will mean fro future earnings and ultimately the SP then I do think it is definitely the biggest risk milestone.

yes magnetite has a green bearing on its own, as it contains lower impurities than hematite, but other companies which I stated above like FMG have gone as to one step further and using biomass to power their plant/s. this puts them on the top of the pile for MASSIVE funds that are ESG focused.
another question as I think you may be the only person that doesn't try to throw bricks, does it concern you at all the amount of retail that have piled in ? and if something doesn't come to fruition especially for an extremely long period of time 4/5 years, what sort of volatility does that imply for the SP
