We live in hope but if the SP can consolidate at or around 25 cents without an announcement then that would prepare us for a nice further leg up when the PTX100 news is finally released.

In saying that I must admit that given the proposed discussion points (see below), specifically point 1, then the webinar makes more sense if it follows close on the heels of a related announcement i.e PTX100. Just to substantiate my thinking I note:

• PTX-100 is currently in a PK/PD basket study of hematological and solid malignancies, focusing on cancers with Ras and RhoA mutations, and
• From the March Quarterly update: headline safety results are expected to be reported in the coming quarter .

During this webcast, we will provide an update on Prescient’s pipeline of exciting cancer therapies, touching on topics including:

1. PTX’s three new next-gen CAR-T programs in hematological and solid cancers with massive addressable markets and unmet needs
2. Using OmniCAR’s unique features to create therapies where current generation CAR-Ts have struggled
3. Additional follow-on research programs will also demonstrate OmniCAR’s many unique features and properties and create future clinical candidates
