    IN the recent announcement BNYMC group have stated that their relative interests have a 45.43% voting rights in ATH which leaves 5.57% before 51% is reached, before a possible takeover is revealed.
    1. What is the real price of ATH is it what they are prepared to pay or is there a reliable figure?
    2. This is just my thoughts. Pleased to be corrected on technicalities.
