I can't dispute your figures about the recent bounce in bank Share Price ~ in fact March is where most of the bank/s share price bounce occurred, and since then they have been consolidating (for WBC between say $19 & $20.75).
Most daily WBC indicators are o'bought (and the 30 min indicators have already broken down ~ shown in the chart below) so my guess is the SP is set to move lower...
