respect your views mate but a lot of big companies , and Government Departments, Councils ( e.g Excess water charges even when meters are faulty) seem to be similar - Telstra, Ergon energy, Origin, etc etc Amazon and Centrelink from what I hear are terrible also, though I don't deal with.
I think there is a malaise and slackness in Australian society ...too few take responsibility for doing an effective job
