    Valuations are subjective , fair enough ignore them.
    Those reports are a way to give newbies a rough idea of what the company does and what it is trying to achieve.
    They are not paragons of the truth and nor can they be.
    The future is always uncertain.

    Like most of the investors who lean towards the positive side , I simply don't understand your pessimism.
