It's still early days, and even without a pandemic medical approvals and commercialization can be a frustratingly slow process. Clearly with the whole COVID thing the process is even slower, but don't mistake these delays for a demonstrated lack of efficacy. They have a good product and it still has good potential IMO. The roll out is the issue here, not the product.
