That's a pretty gloomy take & yes, I do disagree.
Do you mind me asking why you choose to stay invested when you see little/no prospect for share price appreciation & such a disregard for the executive/board? My opinion again (and a commonly held one) is that mistrust in the ability of management/board would be a primary reason to run. What do you want them to do other than take a hit on remuneration?
