Whoever is saying we'll have a capital raise soon should go buy some Q-tips please.
The capital raise will be on the IPO/demerged 'Spinco', not LTR. And its a good thing, all current holders will get a lot of free shares.
I have a feelin that this team
-will expedite the demerger and
-stick to their word to use the current funds of $16 million until the financial investment decision. between now and the DFS 3 months or so. and the big end of town are already circling at the doors.
