here is a crazy idea. what if behind the scenes Arm and Brainchip is doing a merger. Could be a take over, but I feel we have heard from PVDM and LDN that that is not really on the table right now. But a merger is something different:

"A merger involves a mutual decition of two companies to combine and become one entity. It can be seen as a decition made by two equals"

now I know that is radical, to even suggest that a giant corporation like Arm is equal to a small tiny Australian start up like Brainchip. BUT....

if Brainchip has the secret sauce and is protectes trough multiple patents and is not willing to sell out to someone like Arm, then maybe Arm is willing to do a merger instead?

I know, ridiculous right?

I'm just trying to pice together why well respected Arm employees are knocking on Brainchips door... we know the technology aligns with Arms future...
