I've been scratching my head as to why it seems RRL overpaid for the Tropicana cashflows... Then I came across this in one of their media releases.
'Tropicana holds the mineral rights to 2,923km2 of WA
exploration tenements that are held in JV agreement between Regis (30%) and JV manager
AngloGold Ashanti Australia Limited (“AGAA”) (70%)'
They harp on about promising mineralisation levels in the surrounding areas which is basically another language to me.
Does it seem like Regis may be very keen on the exploration potential in the region?
