The positive comments I am hearing are that Warburg Pincus have a long, consistent history of profitability. They are very selective in doing deals like this (this is the first one in years). And they spent five and a half months doing thorough due dilegence in TPI before cutting the deal.
Agree re potential fluctuations in short term. But looks interesting over medium term.
