The underwriting of a significant portion of the offer by Shaws would not have been done without prior consultation with potential investors to place the untaken stock.
I doubt very much that any unreleased information would have been provided but certainly the project would have had the fine tooth comb run over it.
The fact that an offer of this size was fully underwritten for a minnow in this financial climate speaks extremely well for the projects potential.
