Does anyone honestly think with all the ASX listed companies that ASIC has the capacity to thoroughly investigate insider trading?
What exactly is "insider trading"? No-one is game to go around saying "buy MAN shares, it's going to pop due to impending results". Rather it's going to be in body language and little hints that inevitably find their way outside the inner sanctum,
Anyway, that's my two-cents worth.
Looking forward to the next few weeks and hopefully a positive result for use shareholders.
