The only addition I can see is they've stipulated it's a 4 year initial contract with an extension option of 2 years. And that there is no forecast economic impact for the company.

This contract feels weird. I'm excited to get into the concrete space, but 4 years exclusivity with no minimum purchase requirement like our other exclusive contracts? Why? If these guys decide to do nothing for 4 years then we're still locked out of the concrete market in NZ until 2025? And it also seems we've locked in exclusivity with an unknown company. They seem to have almost no footprint. It's not like we're signing with the Boral of NZ, it's like we're signing up with Gary's concrete planter boxes. Exclusively. For 4 years with no minimum buy.

I really want to like this, but this one feels weird.
