I recall LDN did similar 2 years ago when the SP was around 12c and then quickly dropped to 9c then slowly down to >4c. If memory serves, there was an announcement made alongside the Change Notice that clearly stated that it was a sale for tax purposes. Would same happen here if it is in fact for tax?
