Well life is such a comedy.

I just told @slick an hour ago that I have nothing to say till we get new news. And here it is - news we expected, but new news nonetheless. No doubt it will attract the usual trolls, but I have them all on ignore now.

I did say here back on 8 May that I still expected approval by 30 June. Actually I phrased it as "before 30 June."

They sure cut it close, with approval granted bang on the 30th, but Paul Hopper still gets his Oppies and good luck to him and my thanks also. He will do very well out of this but so will all Imugene holders and more importantly - we have good reason to believe - so will many people struggling with cancer.

The pre-clinical results for CF33 were astounding and they made mainstream news all around the world. I'm reflecting here on previous comments by LC that Oncolytic virus therapy can prove itself very rapidly in Phase 1 and 2, with potential for the FDA to approve therapeutic use ahead of a Phase 3 trial. This could all move a lot faster than Her-vaxx.

For new investors, or for those who are considering an investment in Imugene, I recommend watching this presentation by Professor Fong. In fact - I'm going to get a cup of coffee and watch it again myself, and then get out in the fresh air and give my thoughts to the multitudes struggling with cancers of all types who will - I sincerely Hope - see their lives restored by CF33. Starting with the brave women fighting TN Breast Cancer who may be fortunate enough to gain a place in the Phase 1 trial about to commence; my heart goes out to them.

This could change the future.
