question regarding t+3

    If I buy a stock on day 1 and sell on day 2 - does that mean my name will never appear on the register of the company because I sold before the t+3 registration date? i.e. a sold before I was ever registered.

    Or will I be registered but only for one day.

    I'm being told its the former, which means I wasn't registered for the MLE SPP, which is just brilliant!
