Your statement have lots of assumptions. Nuix is good business with good product; if you don't agree at least take short interest in this company and if you prove right; you'll benefit from your assumptions and ideas. On other hand, keep open mind and examine your own bias and ask, can I invest on this one? If their product is rubbish, ATO, ASIC, Department of Justice, Amazon and list goes on wouldn't be their clients. Due to Scandal and Corporate Governance issues, business valuations has been discounted and rightly so and right way is to allocate capital when business is discounted.
