I agree with @blister, highly likely that someone wanted an "incentive" to rubber stamp the LI and they haven't got it. So this was there way of ensuring Agiu get's bent over!
Fingers crossed the judge see's reason in our defence. Don't recall if Aguia has adopted ESG reporting standards but perhaps now would be a good time to do so if we haven't already.
