I think IGR have enough shares in the market already and would love to see 100% of funding for production to come from a strategic partner rather than further share dilution.

I realise this is just a dream...but wouldn't it be nice if an investor from the recent Hong Kong presentation picked up the tab for production in terms for a strategic alliance or something similar.

I imagine BFS is being tweaked a bit to cover latest announcement. CC is going to have to paint IGR in the best possible light to fend off PALA making any rash bids. I am sure he is aware of this as well.

I am not sure PALA is capping the price as some suggest. My take is that it is just day speculators cashing in on small gains. However...an email to CC would answer that question quick enough.
