absolutely NO IDEA.
All I can tell is that the TA I showing signs of some massive accumulation, it's likely these dudes are just keeping the market informed in a way they can only understand and when the time is right you will see them buy in big themselves or their mates/institutions buy in big if there is a relevant upside.
