It ain't gonna be a rights issue. Think about it, no urgent debt issue ... cash up with Japan sale. Why raise cash?
Syd Airport may be leveraged, but it's one classy asset.
My guess is they'll take it private directly or with a partner ... or maybe something creative. They've been think about this one and MIG for a while -
