If Bob is any good in a wetsuit & with aqua lungs (more likely dive chamber?), we need him down in Bass Strait off Orbost right now. Know he likes surfing & given the price of KAR, doubt he wants the extra pocket money connecting pipes under water. Anyway lets be patient & see what a big surprise could happen around October when the task is complete.
