I suppose the ASX investigated which institutions were able to buy more of the ASX listed companies shares when this type of information not being sent out allowed them to access a larger pool of available shares than might otherwise have been the case. Just underwriters luck I suppose. LOL
Nothing to see there of course particularly if the underwriters do business with the ASX by licencing a right to bot trade. Shock horror how can he say that we all no the bots are necessary to create liquidity and advantage small retail shareholders.
